1. Introduction

Welcome to Dalalii (“the Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to listing properties, browsing listings, and other related services provided by GILBERTY SOFTWARE SERVICES TANZANIA LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Services

3.1 For Real Estate Agents

Real estate agents can advertise their properties on the Platform by creating an account and submitting property listings. Each agent must subscribe to a plan that allows them to publish listings. The plans and associated fees are detailed on the Platform. Once the agent validate the listing, it will be published on the Platform and available for public viewing for 30 days.

3.2 For Clients

Clients and prospective buyers or renters can browse all property listings on the Platform free of charge. No registration or payment is required to view listings.

However, it will be necessary to have an account in order to contact a real estate agent.

4. Account Registration

4.1 For Agents

To submit property listings, agents must create an account on the Platform. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 For Clients

Clients are not required to create an account to view listings. However, creating an account may provide additional features such as saving favorite listings or receiving notifications about new properties.

5. Payments and Fees

Tokens on our platform, facilitates the promotion of real estate listings. By purchasing and using tokens, you agree to comply with these terms.

5.1. Purchase and Use of Plan

Plans can be purchased to publish listings as specified on our platform. Each plan allows for the publication of an unlimited number of listings within the subscription period.

5.2. Validity of Listings

Once a listing is published using a token, it will remain active on the platform for a period of 30 days. After this period, the listing will automatically expire and be removed from public view.

5.3 Token Expiry

Tokens do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time to publish listings, subject to the availability of the purchased tokens in your account.

5.4 No Refunds

Tokens, once purchased, are non-refundable. This applies whether or not the tokens have been used.

5.5 Account Requirement

In order to purchase tokens and publish listings, you must create an account on the platform. The account is necessary to manage your tokens and listings.

5.6 Modification of Terms

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use of tokens constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

5.7 Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for the content of the listings published using the tokens. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Listing Requirements

6.1 Accuracy and Legitimacy

Agents must ensure that all property information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with applicable laws. Misleading or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Content Restrictions

Listings must not include any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any listings that violate these Terms.

7. Platform Use

7.1 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

All content, design, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to [Your Company Name] and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
